Delivery times
- Express delivery: 30-45 minutes (subject to availability)
- Standard delivery: 2-hour time slot to choose when ordering
- Scheduled order: Choose your day and time slot up to 7 days in advance
Returns policy
Due to the perishable nature of our food products, returns are generally not accepted. However, we are committed to your satisfaction.
Non-conforming product
If you receive a damaged, incorrect or unsatisfactory product:
- 1Contact us within 2 hours of receipt
- 2Send us a photo of the product concerned
- 3We will offer you a refund or replacement
Order cancellation
- Before preparation: Free cancellation and full refund
- During preparation: Cancellation possible with 20% fee
- After dispatch: Cancellation not possible
Refunds
Refunds are made to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
